Refund policy

Jeanie Wishes offers both digital products (instant downloads) and made-to-order physical products (such as apparel, mugs, and other print-on-demand items). Refund terms differ slightly depending on the product type:

Digital Products Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once a download link has been issued.

Physical / Print-on-Demand Products Physical products are made specifically for you after you order, so all sales are final except in the case of a defect, printing error, or damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at wishes@jeaniewishes.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

General If a discount code was applied to your order and worked as intended, that portion of your order is not eligible for a refund.
