Jeanie Wishes offers both digital products and made-to-order physical products, so how your order reaches you depends on what you purchased.

Digital Products Digital products are delivered instantly — you'll receive an email with a download link right after checkout. No shipping or waiting required.

Physical / Print-on-Demand Products Physical items are made to order once you purchase, so please allow extra processing time before they ship (typically a few business days for production, plus standard shipping time). You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
